Bing ChatGPT, the latest product from Microsoft in partnership with OpenAI, is causing a buzz in the search industry. With the ability to write stories, emails, itineraries and more, ChatGPT has been integrated into Bing and is set to revolutionize the way people search the web.
Although the Bing ChatGPT integration is not yet publicly available, a waiting list has been set up for those eager to try it out. Yusuf Mehdi, Corporate Vice President of Microsoft, reported that over a million people had joined the waiting list in just 48 hours.
If you’re eager to try out the new Bing ChatGPT integration, there are several steps you can take to move up the waiting list. Microsoft suggests setting Edge as your default browser, Bing as your default search engine, MSN as your default homepage, Bing.com as your taskbar icon, adding Microsoft-recommended websites to your favorites, creating a desktop shortcut for Microsoft Edge, and downloading the Bing app for your smartphone.
For MacOS users, while the Windows defaults won’t be available, you can still speed up access by using the Fast Access link and downloading the Bing app for your iPhone. Additionally, using the Bing extension in Firefox can also help you access the new features more quickly.
